Esshield is a mobile, hydraulically foldable casting form for casting of concrete in tunnels.
It is designed and manufactured for fast and easy to use solution for casting of concrete tunnel walls .
Casting forms can be made for different tunnel profiles. The hydraulically operated forms are maneuvered with a crawler carrier enabling exact positioning. The carrier has a diesel driven hydraulic power pack for tramming and for forms movements. Casting forms can be folded when tramming. Same carrier can serve several forms.
