We are pleased to announce that Riku Mäkinen will be joining Normet Group on August 15, 2011as the CFO of Normet Group.
Riku Mäkinen, 44, Finn, Bachelor of Economic Sciences from the University of Tampere, Finland, has wide experience in international business. He has been working for example as Financial Director in companies in Russia and Brazil. In his latest position before joining Normet he was Vice President, Finance and controlling in Ruukki Metals Division of Rautaruukki Corporation.
Riku Mäkinen will take over full responsibility of the CFO position of Normet Group on October 1, 2011.
He will be based at Normet International HQ in Switzerland but in the beginning he will be working in Normet Group Oy in Iisalmi, Finland.
Riku Mäkinen will report to the President of Normet Group Tom Melbye.
